Paul was wonderful to work with! He was always available with a quick and understandable response for our many (many) first-time homebuying questions and concerns. If the question or concern was something he didn't know or was unsure of regarding a particular house he would have the answer for us within the hour. He always had our best interest at heart and not once did he seem to be annoyed or bothered by our seemingly daily goal of topping the previous days question count. It didn't matter what issue arose Paul went to bat for us, big or small! He made sure we got the best price for our first home (even better than we initially anticipated). He was always right there with us not just present, even at the final walk through when his job was basically done he was checking every nook and cranny, walking through basement spiderwebs, and ensuring that the house was in tip top shape for us. He was incredibly detail oriented and noticed the smallest details. At the final walk through he noticed a small pile of garbage left by the seller that was never taken to the curb and he had them come and take care of it immediately. Paul's professionalism, attention to detail, and passion are why I will, and have recommended him to anyone in the market for a realtor!
