Was knowledgeable about the area and also had some general knowledge about how the utilities work in this area. Any question we had, he made sure to answer it in a timely fashion. He took us to every house we could in our budget and area of interest. We had to do another showing after we signed the contract, but before the closing walk though, and he facilitated that without hesitation.

It didn't matter what issue arose Paul went to bat for us, big or small! He made sure we got the best price for our first home (even better than we initially anticipated). He was always right there with us not just present, even at the final walk through when his job was basically done he was checking every nook and cranny, walking through basement spiderwebs, and ensuring that the house was in tip top shape for us. He was incredibly detail oriented and noticed the smallest details. At the final walk through he noticed a small pile of garbage left by the seller that was never taken to the curb and he had them come and take care of it immediately. Paul's professionalism, attention to detail, and passion are why I will, and have recommended him to anyone in the market for a realtor!
